Custom profiles specialise in producing small and medium sized plastic profiles to individual customers specific design requirements.

The process.

Step 1:

You provide us with a drawing of the required profile and details of any special material specification.

Step 2:

We submit, for your agreement, tooling costs and estimated prices.

Step 3:

If accepted, a tool is ordered, 50% of costs must be paid prior to ordering and the balance on delivery to ourselves. The usual time for this process is 8 weeks. Once paid for the tool and profile design are yours exclusively and are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Step 4:

Tooling is then commissioned and samples sent for your approval.
